Hi guys! hope your week is going well, my work week is flying by, which is never the case. I think that happens when your in a much better place mentally. I left the stress and unwanted baggage behind me in 2012 and have seriously set out to have no one stand in my way in 2013. I feel lighter already, well not physically... LOL!!
I've been fighting off a few extra pounds since last year and I finally snapped out of thinking I can buy some whack, get slim quick, exercise machine off those late night infomercials. I've been working out and watching my food intake. My focus this year is working on the inner self, which hopefully helps with the outer me, boy is that a task ;-))
What's your favorite exercise regimen? Did you join the gym in 2013?
